What we've learnt working in Clipstone
Clipstone and New Clipstone have some of the most generous plots in the area for the money, and the frontages are often big enough that a drive on its own leaves an awkward strip of tired lawn beside it. Doing both together usually costs less than two separate visits and looks considered rather than bolted on.
Levels are the thing to watch here — a fair few of the estates step down from the road, so the fall has to be managed away from the house rather than towards it, and that means a gully or soakaway designed in from the start.
Streets and areas we've worked on
Recent work off Mansfield Road, Second Avenue, Cavendish Way, Clipstone Drive and the roads around Kings Walk.
