What we've learnt working in Hucknall
Hucknall gardens are often smaller and more shaded than the ones further north, which is a hard combination for real turf — not enough light, too much traffic and it turns to mud by November. It's why artificial grass on a proper stone base is the single thing we're asked for most here.
Front gardens follow the same logic. Low maintenance wins: paving or resin with a planted edge rather than a lawn nobody has time to mow. We'll always tell you where real turf would still work, though — it's cheaper and we'd rather you were happy in five years.
Streets and areas we've worked on
Recent work off Watnall Road, Annesley Road, Nottingham Road, Portland Road and the estates around Broomhill and Butler's Hill.
If one of our jobs is near you, ask and we'll usually point you at it — or put you in touch with the customer.
